You can purchase the tickets via this website under the tickets section or you can also purchase at The Feast every Saturday 2-8PM at Graha Niaga Thamrin, Fl 6.
Does the e-ticket need to match my name?
No, but when someone has bought it for you, then the person needs to be present while exchanging the tickets for the pass. You then should get your ticket from him/her.
How/ Can I change the name on my tickets?
No. We are sorry, it's not transferable

What credit cards can i use? How much is the charge?
Any with a Mastercard, Visa, JCB logo on it. The charge is 3% of total purchase and additional IDR 5,000 per transaction
Will there be tickets sold at the event?
Historically, our two previous events' tickets were SOLD OUT months before D-Day. We strongly suggest you grab your ticket beforehand to secure entry.
Can i purchase tickets with instalment or payment plan?
Yes, please look up under "CICILAN" when purchasing.
My credit card has been declined, what can i do?
Please try again, if not there's always the option of offline payment or bank transfer.
How can I assure the fund is already received?
If you have completed all booking process, you will receive confirmation email which stated your payment dates.
Does the e-voucher in email or Whatsapp valid for entrance ticket?
E-voucher in email confirmation or Whatsapp is NOT VALID for entering the venue. You need to exchange your e-voucher with physical ticket on these dates: 26 & 27 October 2018 at LOJ Conference (The Kasablanka, 3rd Fl. Kota Kasablanka)
What if I don't receive e-voucher in email or Whatsapp?

Can I switch the ticket category I have chosen before?
The ticket that has been purchased can be upgraded to higher category subject to availability. However, it can't be exchanged to the lower category.

Do I have to print out my e-voucher to exchange the ticket?
You don't have to print out the e-voucher as long you can show it from your phone. We will need the barcode number listed on the e-voucher to search for your data in the database.
